- Payment information: processed securely via Stripe; we do not store card numbers
- Prescription records: prescriptions issued by licensed physicians and dispensing records
- Device/usage data: IP address, browser type, and usage logs for security and fraud prevention
Why We Collect Your Information
We use your personal information to:
- Verify your identity as required by Canadian pharmacy regulations
- Facilitate telehealth consultations with licensed BC physicians
- Dispense prescription medications safely and accurately
- Process payments and arrange delivery
- Maintain patient records as required by provincial law (minimum 10 years)
- Comply with regulatory obligations to the College of Pharmacists of BC
- Communicate with you about your order, prescription status, and pharmacy counselling
How We Store and Transfer Your Information
After your order is completed, information you provided through our website is removed from the web platform. Your health and prescription records are then retained in:
- The prescribing physician's Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
- Our pharmacy's dispensing system (Telus Health / Kroll)
Records are retained for a minimum of 10 years as required under BC pharmacy regulations — the same standard applied by any licensed pharmacy or physician's office in British Columbia.
Our platform infrastructure uses Supabase (data stored in Canada/US data centres) and Stripe for payment processing. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
Disclosure of Your Information
We do not sell or trade your personal information. We may share it only with:
- Licensed BC physicians for the purpose of issuing prescriptions
- Third-party service providers (Stripe for payments, courier services for delivery) bound by confidentiality obligations
- Regulatory bodies such as the College of Pharmacists of BC or law enforcement, where required by law
Your Rights Under PIPA (BC)
As a BC resident, you have the right to:
- Request access to your personal information held by us
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Withdraw consent to collection or use (subject to legal and regulatory retention requirements)
- File a complaint with the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for BC (OIPC BC) at oipc.bc.ca

Sensitive Health Information
